Rest. Work. Play.
Inspiring daily rhythms for Living
Status | Live — v1, iterating
Est. 2026Rest. Work. Play. started with a simple question: what does a life lived with intention actually look like on a Tuesday?
Not the retreat version. Not the vacation version. The ordinary version — where rest, work, and play each get their place in the day, and you can see the life you're creating.
This is a daily rhythm web app I designed and built — from concept to code to live product — using Claude Code and Supabase. No gamification. No streaks. No guilt. Just a daily practice of paying attention to how you're spending the one life you have.
The first version is a B. The idea is right. The question it asks is right. But the form is still finding its shape. A direct route to healthy rhythms may not engage enough commitment from the user — people may need a different doorway in.
That's the value of building and shipping something: you learn what you can't learn just thinking about it. Noticing a B > believing there was only one right answer.

What I’ve learned building this:
Claude Code. UX design. Supabase. Noticing a B > believing there was only one right answer.
